ESMA is a Federal UAE Authority, established by UAE Federal Law (28), 2001. As the only reference in the UAE in terms of quality standards, ESMA's strategy aims at supporting the national economy by establishing a new era of excellence and quality. Oxo-degradable products utilize a prodegradant to speed up the molecular breakdown of the polyolefins and incorporate oxygen atoms into the resulting low molecular mass. This chemical change enables the micro breakdown of the plastics. “This is great honor for us to achieve this standard and it is proof that we really concerned about our environment” said General Manager in the review meeting further he thanked all the concerned departments and personnel for making success full of effort.
